Ai Pini - Osteria & Pizza: lunch, dinner, aperitifs, fried dishes, sandwiches and pizza in the Province of Ancona
Ai Pini - Osteria & Pizza is proposed as a novelty on the territory of Arcevia in the Marche Region.
We are Ilaria and Matteo, we are sister and brother and we have a lot of things in common: the most important? Food!
We took a challenge and we decided to take over a well known historical pizzeria of high quality in the centre of Arcevia. We modified and adapted it to our idea of pizza and conviviality; after two years of improvements and experimentation, we changed our pub’s name, which has also become Osteria.
Since then we have started a different experience, but still steeped in the tradition of cuisine and history of the territory: we added revisited first and second dishes to traditional and tasty pizza to satisfy every customer needs and offer an unexpected novelty in the area, with attention to seasonal products and to stimulate our chefs’ imagination, always ready to change combinations and taste.
Our menu is all home made and adapts to the requests of everybody: lunch, dinner, aperitifs, fried dishes, sandwiches and obviously pizza in the Province of Ancona.
Our pub is also perfect for a relaxed evening in the cocktail bar and the outdoor space.
We have a lot of aces up the sleeve, these are the most important:
- Our trained staff selects carefully local and seasonal products;
- The menu is constantly evolving, both because we like to experiment, and because we value everything that out territory offers;
- Our attention doesn’t focus only on food: craft beers and local wine chosen by experts are combined with all kinds of meal;
- We offer vegetarian menus and pay attention to particular dietary requirements;
- We are young, dynamic and ready to welcome you with kindness and hospitality in our pub.
